Participants have to deal with daily actual issues, such as : communication, coordination & cooperation, motivation, problem solving & decision making process, risk & stress management, and lots of team based activities, all in a fun, challenging and adventurous setting.

The strength of our training lies on our capability to facilitate values discovery and to convey them to the daily organizational practices in an intensive debriefing session.
